DeDU's module for fault reporting provides the opportunity to quickly and easily receive and manage fault reports.

For example, the tenant can report a problem via a dedicated webpage or on the phone.

The engineer than receives the work order either as a hard copy, or via e-mail or a mobile phone.

After the fault has been rectified the engineer marks the work as completed in DeDU and an e-mail is automatically sent to the tenant to state that work is completed.

If the tenant is responsible for the costs incurred it is possible to create invoicing information in DeDU.


It is also possible to extract statistics about different types of fault reports and how quickly they are resolved. These statistics reports are quickly created in DeDU according to demand.

It is also possible to link to and transfer information to external finance systems and different project follow ups.
